Known for his trademark colourful scarves, often tied around the microphone stand, Tyler has a style all his own. “Sing with Me” taken from the well-known song “Dream On” Tyler’s energy and vibrancy is highlighted with touches of colour to contrast the shades in this painting.

In creating this piece, I wanted to capture Jimi Hendrix with his legendary Fender Stratocaster. In paying tribute to this legend, I chose to veer away from the typical “concert performance pieces” I create which portray the musicians in iconic poses.
