Ghost has been rapidly making a name for themselves. Known for their eccentric on-stage presence, lead singer Tobias Forge, has taken on different iterations of the character Papa Emeritus. In painting Forge I wanted to capture the misleading stereotype of the rock music industry – an image where all music is considered dark and with occultist overtones.
